Shopping for Staples: The Utility Blouse

I'm always on the hunt for this perfect wardrobe basic: a utility-style, slightly slouchy yet feminine, solid, long sleeve, button-up blouse in cotton or silk (or synthetic). Be it a camp shirt, or silky blouse embellished with military details (like epaulets, brass buttons, or braiding), this is a versatile shirt that works great for both work and the weekend. Here are a few examples of this oh-so-perfect (and sometimes elusive) piece that I would like to add to my wardrobe.
